GetWise Primary School Facilitator – Christchurch

 Are you willing to do whatever it takes – from dressing up as a superhero to singing silly songs – to engage a class of primary kids around an important issue?

 Yes!? Great - then we should chat!!

 We are ChangeLabs – a leading international behaviour change organisation. In partnership with ASB, we deliver the GetWise program; an innovative and FREE financial literacy program that runs workshops in primary schools across NZ!

 Due to the overwhelming success of our program (as in, booked out until 2011!) we need people to join our amazing team on a full-time basis.

 Your role will be to:

 DELIVER a high volume of our world-class workshops to students in primary and intermediate schools, in and around the Christchurch region. You’ll be in schools every day; you get to live and breathe the program and change the lives of tens of thousands of students!

• MARKET AND PROMOTE the sessions. As we said, our program is FREE and has proven to be in high demand; but we still need to get the word out there.
• Help us DEVELOP and IMPROVE the content of the program
• Spend 2 weeks each school term ON THE ROAD, taking our program to the farthest flung reaches of the country as we do our inspiring national roadshows
• PARTAKE in regular team meetings and, twice a year, come to Sydney to take part in the life-changing ChangeLabs retreat with the rest of our awesome team
• Be a LOVED and LOVING member of the inspiring GetWise ‘dream team’!

 To be considered for this role you will:

 • Be a kick-ass facilitator. You’ll receive world-class training, for sure – BUT must also bring loads of flair and energy to the platform. The team is made up of people who are all truly world-class – so you’ll need to be ready to step up to the challenge, and we’ll be there to support you in the process.

 • Have a good track record of performance. We set ambitious targets for how many of our free sessions we deliver; you need to be goal-oriented, able to work towards and exceed targets and help keep those around you motivated and on track.

 • Thrive in highly independent environments. It’s not like you’re a travelling salesperson or something, but the analogy is not too bad. You’ll be given an enormous amount of freedom and trust!

 • Have a genuine thirst to make a real difference. ChangeLabs runs behaviour change programs across various industries and the thing that ties all of our people together is that we really care about the stuff we do! We love it and we want more people who love it to join us!

 And finally - here’s a few little technicalities to consider. To be eligible for this role you must:

 • Have all the relevant rights to work unrestricted in New Zealand

 • Hold a full, current and unrestricted driver’s license AND you must, must, must have a car

• Be willing and able to travel to regional areas when we do our big ‘rural roadshow’ around to the farthest flung regions of our big country

Starting salary is NZ$ 42,000, with eligibility for bonuses based on hitting targets for sessions delivered and staged increases in base salary over your time with us. You also get kitted out with technology like an iPhone (cool!), and a team of people who you’ll love working with!
