Are you looking for a role where you can use your knowledge of Māori Art and History and passion for working with children?

Te Papa is looking for a Te Huka ā Tai host for its busy and dynamic Discovery Centres. You will provide customer service to our visitors and use your knowledge of Māori Art and History to enhance their visit to Te Papa. A strong level of te reo Māori is desirable.

You will be part of a busy team, so being a team player and using your excellent communication skills is a must. You will also be delivering storytelling sessions in StoryPlace for the under 5's.

It is essential that you are available to work rostered hours, which include weekends and public holiday and that you are excited about the prospect of working in a bicultural environment.
