Gallery Host
This is a special opportunity to join a close-knit team and to make a vital contribution to an institution which has placed Wellington and New Zealand firmly on the international cultural map.
You will work as part of the Gallery Host team and play an important part of delivering the visitor experience. Key roles include:
- First point of contact with the public and provide outstanding customer service to visitors, in order to improve the quality of their visit
- To provide information on the exhibitions and administration of the front of house reception desk
- Process merchandise sales
- To implement the Gallery standard operating procedures to ensure the safety of visitors at the Gallery
- To provide protection and security for the works of art on display at the Gallery
This role can extend to delivering exhibition tours and evening functions.
