Administrator - The Learning Connexion
The Learning Connexion (TLC) is looking for a focussed, responsive administrator. We are a PTE offering tertiary level courses in Art and Creativity, and offer a creative, flexible, and supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role you must be well organised with a demonstrated understanding of systems. Your communication and relationship building abilities will be excellent and your focus will be on accuracy and improving processes.
You will be able to consistently meet external timeframes, have proven problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and processing skills and have an affinity for dealing with students, academic staff, and external agencies. You will be managing interaction with and reporting to TEC, NZQA and MoE, as well working on our annual plans and audits.
Previous experience in this kind of role within a tertiary environment would be highly desirable. This is a part-time (0.6) position starting in January so could suit semi-retired or someone with children.
