Illustrator

part-time Illustrator required for small design studio in central Auckland. Share a large sunny studio with four other part-timers.

The successful applicant must have all of the following:

- excellent freehand drawing skills
- the ability to draw in a variety of styles
- highly attuned sense of colour
- the ability to mix colours and use a variety of paint medias
- an acute perception of current design trends
- in-depth knowledge and experience of CS3/4
- some pre-press experience
- good analytical and logical work practices

Additional skills that are also useful but not necessary:

- excellent photography skills
- good pre-press knowledge, ability to prepare files for print.
