FishHead, Wellington’s magazine, is looking for a talented photojournalist to complete an assignment, in the next month, for our December/January issue. While we know many talented writers and many exceptional photographers what we need from you is the ability to do both. It is essential that you are based in the Wellington region and are flexible with your hours of availability.

FishHead Magazine...this premium magazine. It tells Wellington’s story. FishHead Magazine Ltd is an independent media company ideally placed to provide a magazine of which Wellingtonians can be proud.
The name comes from the Wellington region being identified in Maori as ‘Te Upoko o Te Ika a Maui’, or ‘the head of Maui’s fish’. Maui a demi-god in Maori myth, pulled the North Island from the sea from his waka (the South Island).
