Sculpture Tutor - 2 days per week
The Hungry Creek Art and Craft School is seeking a senior tutor in the 3D area to tutor Certificate and Diploma Students
Certificate in Art and Craft (Foundation) (level 4)
Diploma in Art and Craft, year 2 & 3 (level 5 & 6)
Diploma in Art and Craft (Advanced) (level 7)
The successful applicant will have a B.A. or M.A. and tutoring experience.
The emphasis is on engaging students sculpture as a visual language and teaching a variety of sculpture techniques and processes. Knowledge of ceramics processes is desirable as the sculpture tutor will work closely with the ceramics tutor.
The tutor is required two days per week, currently Tuesday and Wednesday.
Other duties include:
-Following procedures and policies of the school, including health and safety policies.
-Assessing & reporting on student achievement and other associated administrative tasks.
