A person or persons to assist me develop a unique medium term (5 to 8 years) living arts concept by leasing or granting me acces to approximatly 5 to 10 acres of flat pasture land sprinkled with bush and easily accessed.
Water required as well as accomodation.
If you like the idea of being the first in the world to support an old art and craft skill into a new artform that will attract media attention and tourist from far and wide from its second year of operation onwards then this could be the opportunity for you.
The concept is to grow a variety of structures using Willow trees initially in an open air gallery along the theme of "Fairy's at the bottom of the garden".
Structure will be living sculptures around and amongst a living Faery/Gnome village where each village structure can be lived in as a fully weather proofed dwelling within 5 years of planting, either conventionally set out or rustically set out and actually utilized as a visitor entertainment/refreshment dispensary amongst the treetops.
Am willing to develop in an employment relationship with shares in the outcome of each stage.
Prefer land north of Auckland and close to beaches to support local arts and tourists initiatives.
