The Cable Car Museum is seeking a dynamic individual with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. 

Reporting to the Commercial Manager of the Wellington Museums Trust, the successful candidate will ensure retail sales are maximised through effective product promotion/stock control and leading, by example, a proactive approach to sales. 

The Retail & Visitor Services Manager will ensure a high standard of visitor satisfaction is achieved through quality customer service, effective management of the team & exhibit spaces and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Cable Car Museum is part of the Museums Wellington group. Situated at the top of the cable car upper terminus and from a lookout with spectacular views, this museum tells the story of the country's only remaining public cable car system.
