Communications Consultant, Retail

BNZ is looking for a talented Communications Consultant to produce and implement effective communication across the Retail network.

Reporting to the Manager Internal Communications Retail, you will have an excellent understanding of communications planning and management. In addition, you will also have experience in design and implementation of successful change and internal communications programmes, with a demonstrated focus on behavioural outcomes.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Partner with retail teams to establish where achieving business outcomes can be assisted with communications support, develop plans and tools and support team in implementation as appropriate
• Provide broad communication support for the management of issues as they arise
• Collaborate with Retail Delivery to design communication plans and tools to support the successful implementation of change initiatives
• Change: work across Retail to ensure a high standard of effective change outcomes with successful transition to Business As Usual
• Work with the COO and his direct reports to plan for, and meet their communication needs, to deliver anticipated business outcomes.
• Measure impact and report
• Manage the intranet framework for Retail, reviewing and making recommendations on architecture and navigation, in partnerships with Training and the Retail Editor.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years experience in a PR consultancy working with demanding, complex, fast paced clients. Your track record in successfully influencing, personally and professionally is second to none, and you have an outstanding ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
