This is a new role and would suit a feature writer, journalist or public relations expert who is looking for more independence and brings fresh thinking to projects. As part of the Production Team, the successful applicant will assist in the development and production of all company publications, websites, blogs and supporting marketing materials. They will independently research, write, sub and proof editorial and advertising copy, working alongside our team of designers and collaborating with the Editor on some projects. The ability to liaise effectively with contributors, clients and designers is essential, as is a high level of energy and personal motivation.

Maintaining a consistent tone and ensuring the unfailing accuracy of all TML Publications – and websites! – are central to this vital role, but there’ll also be plenty of opportunities to flex your writing skills and produce articles on a multitude of subjects from snowboarding to fine dining!

The successful applicant will have:
• First-class written and verbal communication skills
• The utmost attention to detail and dedication to editorial excellence
• Tertiary qualification in the Arts or relevant equivalent
• Work experience in an editing/writing/communications role
• Willingness to step up and take responsibility for his/her work
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and retain a smile under pressure
• The desire to become an expert about the travel and leisure industries
