Job description: 

A major part of Te Papa’s communication task is to engage the Museum’s diverse New Zealand and international audiences in the experience of its exhibitions, website, events programmes, and Collections Online database. We need an experienced writer/editor to join the team responsible for the development and production of engaging and accurate text for all these aspects of the Museum’s work.

 You will need to have a commitment to excellence in presentation of copy, whether in exhibitions, marketing materials, or website publishing. Knowledge of tikanga Māori would be an advantage.

 This is a permanent part-time (0.5 full-time equivalent, 20 hours) position, and the successful applicant will be required to come in Monday to Friday.
