This is a rare opportunity for an experienced journalist to join Canterbury's radio news-team at Newstalk ZB. It is a challenging role which will see you experience situations few get to. You will perform in stressful situations. You will be articulate, balanced, considerate, fresh, reasoned and quick with ideas. You will stand up for the public's right to know, respect facts, and never assume. You will help to prepare local News Bulletins, research and maintain contacts, review, edit and sub bulletins when required.

A tertiary journalism qualification
Excellent general knowledge of our community in Canterbury and nation as a whole

Newsboss skills

Newstalk ZB is one of many stations owned by The Radio Network. We supply news to other Radio Network stations and various other organisations such as internet sites and private radio stations.
