This is a rare opportunity for you to assume a leadership and on-air role with Christchurch’s leading commercial talk radio station.
 
We’re looking for a special person to lead the Newstalk ZB newsroom and consolidate our position as the market leader in Christchurch radio.
 
  • You’ll need a mature, authoritative news reading style as you will be required to read our weekday bulletins (hourly and half-hourly) and headlines package on Newstalk ZB from 6am to Midday.
 
  • You’ll also set the news direction for the day.
 
  • You’ll coach and mentor two journalists, inspiring a newsroom vision of excellence.
