Job description:

Do you have management and business knowledge and the ability to communicate it well?

We write and publish teaching and learning material for New Zealand unit standards and for Australian units of competence, up to levels 5 and 6.

We’re looking for a good business writer who is capable of helping us to develop modern and effective teaching and assessment resources for students studying for diplomas in management and business. We have a distinctive style which includes really good examples and clear, jargon-free instruction. Our resources are smart and to-the-point.

What we need is someone with genuine business experience and/or qualifications in business subjects, who is able to get information across clearly and simply. The idea is to relate management concepts to modern business scenarios.  If you have experience in writing training material and assessments as well, that would be fantastic.

This might equally suit a recent graduate or a seasoned professional. It is casual work, on an as-required basis, but there’s quite a bit to do.

If you’re interested, please e-mail in a brief cv and a sample of your work. Applicants from New Zealand only please.
