Marissa Ramlu“One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. “Which road do I take?” she asked. “Where do you want to go?” was his response. “I don’t know,” Alice answered. “Then,” said the cat, “it doesn’t matter”. Like Alice, the direction headed in is not as important as the journey taken to get there. Throughout the four years (I have recently finished my Degree) several of these journeys have occurred to bring me to the point I am at now. My work travels through many narratives before coming to its end point. More often then not it is a conversation between the handmade and the computer.
