Body by Pilates

Pilates is a low- to no-impact workout for the entire body, which makes it suitable for all ages and abilties. Its main focus is the development of a strong core. The idea behind this approach is if all your energy and strength is initiated and sustained from the center of your body (the "core" or "powerhouse"), the core must be strong in order for the rest of the body to function properly.
