Business on Film

Mobile app Welcome2NZ a must have for travellers to new Zealand

An opportunity exists for camera operators who are either experienced or simply enthusiastic and willing to learn. You must have your own camera, fluid head tripod and wireless microphone. The task is to gather footage of  tourist accommodation and scenic attractions throughout NZ, working with flair and combining a professional approach with creativity.

You must be an excellent communicator and be able to follow instructions, yet think on the spot (we don't use 'scripts' so to speak). There is also a component of sales in the job - selling to tourist operators the concept of a promotional video

We require operators stationed throughout the country.

If you can provide an example of your work of a local attraction (eg: a walking track, beach, cafe restaurant or accommodation , etc) please include it when register your interest with us.

    Business on Film

Business on Film was originally set up in 2004 by Pam Andrew who wanted to give small businesses an online presence at an affordable price using video.

In 2008 Business on film joined forces with the Dunedin production facility The Video Factory thus enabling the company to expand providing corporate videos such as television commercials and at the same time being able to provide a superior service to small businesses. More recently the company has contracted camera operators from throughout New Zealand with the Dunedin office maintaining quality control.
