June Katz

June Katz is a contemporary artist working and internationally exhibiting for the past twenty years in New Zealand, Australia and Israel. Her inspiration comes from life on our planet and the way humans perceive nature. Also from the way people treat our environment and each other. She has incorporated her inspiration through different categories involving the development and practice of technology, science, philosophy, and music.

June is currently working from her home gallery/studio in Parnell Auckland, where she is at present displaying a wide variety of some of her beautiful and unique artwork on both canvas and wood, handmade sculptures both glaze and bronzed and glass framed drawings and water colour scenery work. June is also a qualified art teacher and has taught classes for both adults and young children.

  • Planning lessons for teaching abstract painting and thinking outside of the box.
