Katie MacKinnonWith a background in gymnastics Katie started
dancing at 16 and went straight from High School to do Unitec's BPSA,
graduating in 2008. While studying she found her choreographic strength
in strongly physical work; with movement that is generally influenced
by the set or props. Her works are visually exciting for the audience and also
exciting and physically challenging for the performers. She has moved
to Wellington to pursue circus work, especially with aerial and
acrobatics.
