Katie-Lee Taylor
Katie-Lee is a violinist and cornet/trumpet player. She is currently studying towards gaining her LRSM performance diploma, after gaining her dipABRSM in 2009.
She has experience as both a string and brass musician, and plays cornet with the Ascot Park Hotel Brass in Invercargill, New Zealand.
Katie-Lee has vast experience as an Orchestral Musician, Chamber Musician, A-grade Brass Band musician, and Soloist.
She is available for work as a wedding musician, soloist, teacher, and ensemble musician.
Katie-Lee makes up one half of the professional music duo 'Les Belles-Deux', a classical solo/duet ensemble, consisting of two young women, who are qualified, professional, very well presented and sensitive - two sisters. We play for Weddings, Dinner events, Celebrations, Funerals etc, and specialise in a variety of instruments, including oboe, violin, piano, cornet/trumpet, tenor horn, voice, compositions written for occasion. Competent sightreader and group leader. She is a reliable, experienced and qualified musician, studying at Diploma level. Katie-Lee is well presented, professional and positive, and is avaliable for work as as both classical and jazz musician.
Katie-Lee has been involved in the Tay Music Trust community concerts, and Concert South Series as a virtuoso soloist.
