I am currently working for a small television production company directly under the financial controller. I have a large and varied role responsible for Account Receivable and Accounts Payable using MYOB Accounting software, Payroll for up to thirty staff and contractors using ACE Payroll system, PAYE, bank and month end reconciliations. I am also responsible for Profit & Loss reports, actuals to budget reports and comparisons & budget analysis for two of our biggest golf productions.I am confident in the use of Excel for constructing and managing these types of reports.As a Production Coordinator and Production Assistant, I work with the producers and editors performing numerous pre-production and post production duties. I am responsible for stock requirements, the maintenance of production equipment, sending out of our weekly shows locally and internationally and liaising with our suppliers and contractors and sponsors. I also prepare Carnet Documentation for the temporary exportation of camera equipment.I am a self-motivated, reliable and responsible person with an easy-going attitude.I enjoy the flexibility of contract work, as it enables me to continue with my studies and attend to my daughter’s after school commitments, as well as providing a changing work environment which can offer a new, fresh perspective.
