Al McElroy
I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. After getting a H.N. Diploma in Television Performance and Presentation, then a BA Degree in Media Production, I made a comedy sketch show. This gathered hundreds of thousands of viewers on YouTube and kick started my career. I went on to act in a number of television and film productions before landing a slot on a live, weekly show on national television in Ireland. I wrote and performed comedy on the show each week.
I immigrated to Auckland in January 2010 and I plan on staying here indefinately. I also write comedy scripts and perform stand up comedy.
Hard working, creative, script writing, I'm competent with a lot of computer programs, including video and photography software. I have camera operations experience. Live broadcast acting experience. Stand up comedy
In September 2003, I began a television presentation course. This lead on to a Diploma in performance and presentation and eventually, I did a Degree in Media Production and Management.
