Expansive experience working in Press, business development, programming and acquisitions at over 50 festivals and film markets including: Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Rotterdam, Raindance, Edinburgh, London, IDFA, Doc/Fest, Doc NZ, NZIFF, Trieste, Paris RDV, CineLatino, Visions Du Réel, Brussels etc.
Specialised in film festival strategy, guest speaking at Raindance, RHUL and in Mumbai for the British Council.
Experience in publishing, as an Editor, producer and writer for a number of film festival, screenwriting and filmmaking books (published internationally by Focal Press and Quarto/Phaidon).
On-going volunteering and charity work for charities including Cancer Research UK, Millennium Volunteers HFVC and as consultant to the Independent Film Trust (creating the 'Film School In A Box' initiative & teaching photography and filmmaking to disabled or disadvantaged children), as well as for the Matema Educational Trust in Malawi.
Experience through university in corporate migration as PA to the Director of a multinational company, and working from the Barcelona office.
