I started travelling in 2006 and did a work and travel in Aussi. I lived and worked in Brisbane and Sydney. Mainly I worked in the hospitality/event fields to fund living.In march 2007 I attended two couses at AFTRS ( Aust. Film and radio school ) Costume design and Set Design.
I totally fell in love with costume and fashion in the film industry and elsewhere.
I volunteered at AFTRS within their shortmovie productions and learned so many things by doing it.
In summer 2008, back in Germany, I got a sweet little internship with a german based production company called Schiwago Film in Berlin. Here I got a 3 month impression of whats going on before a movie comes to life. ( Heaps of bureaucracy and deadlines etc.) Very interessting, but i,m not a full time office person! I like results, making things, working with materials and stuff like that.
In 2009 I decided to do another work and travel in NZ.
The filming year 2009 was very quite. I offered my interest in costume design to heaps of people within the industry without any luck.
But my journey will continue!Good things happen to those who wait!
