Enni Tuomisalo
I am an emerging film maker with a great passion for writing, acting and directing. I've made a few short films and am now working on my first feature film script. I'm always looking for new contacts, like-minded people and interesting projects. Original ideas, value, quality... that's what we're all after, right? :)
I'm also an established graphic designer and run a small design business in Auckland.

Position: Graphic Designer
Responsibilities: Designing marketing material such as TEAR Fund magazine, brochures, newsletters and event displays. TEAR Fund were so happy with my work that I still do design work for them through my own company.
Design & Advertising GPS
Start date: March 1st 2004
End date: Jan 1st 2006
Responsibilities: Packaging design for mostly FMCG clients, corporate identity and logo design, photo shoots. This diverse role in a very small company was a wonderful training ground for me. After a few months, I was able to work independently, handling contacts with clients as well as photographers and printers. Being a loyal person my role grew so vital, that the only way I could have imagined leaving this job was by leaving the country - which is what I eventually did.
I'm a co-producer of Uneton48 - the annual 48-hour film competition in Finland. This massive event was held for the second time in 2010 and comprised 96 teams (1,500 film makers) from all over the country, nearly 15 screenings and other related events and a prize pool worth over NZ$ 60 000. My main focus was viral marketing, sponsor relations and MCing the events.
I was nominated as the best female director for my short film 'Lost with the Translator' at 48HOURS NZ 2010.
