Joshua Thomas
Joshua Thomas (Ngāti Manu, Ngāti Pākehā) has had a career in television for over fifteen years, art directing, production designing and production managing numerous successful productions. Of note, in 2003-4 Joshua was Production Manager of Series One of Firehorse Films' bro'Town. He then went on to be nominated for a Qantas Film & TV Award in 2008 for 'Achievement in Production Design in General Television' for his role as Production Designer of South Pacific Pictures' Shortland Street.
More recent projects have seen Joshua take his skills to live performance, producing New Zealand musician Dudley Benson's 2008 (and forthcoming 2010) tours, and designing the set of the 2010 Māori Playwright's Festival production of Briar Grace Smith's Purapurawhetu.
