Elizabeth Laurens
Over time, I have experimented with a wide range of career fields before discovering film and media production, where I have been working for just under a year and am passionate about continuing to improve in. On set, I prefer to work in the grip/electric departments, but I have some experience in several different areas of production. I have also recently completed an internship in radio, and audio production is something I am quickly becoming interested in pursuing.
In addition to a high degree of computer and technological literacy, I am very much in touch with internet and social media trends, and accordingly, I plan to pursue a Master's in Media Studies in 2012.
With regard to work availability, I'm comfortable traveling and am open to travel and/or relocation anywhere. I am eligible to work in the US, Australia, and New Zealand.
