Lucy Yu { Artwork }
Lucy was born in Nanning, China, and drew incessantly until she moved to New Zealand just before her 8th birthday. She then continued to pursue art, attended university in Auckland, worked as an art gallery assistant/art history research assistant, and created many handmade portraits before recently relocating to Wellington. She now lives & works from the lush forested hills of Khandallah, and is loving her new life in the windy city.
Lucy continues to make pictures and portraits. Her work can be found on her website, blog, Pixel Ink Gallery (Cuba St), Craft2.0, and various international e-stores. She is happy to receive custom requests, for portraiture (people/animals) as well as artwork.
