My main interest is in the collection, research into and use of locally sourced pigments for making oil, acrylic and watercolour paints.  Artworks using these paints exhibited since 2007.

    Completed a BFA at Elam School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland, in 2007, and followed this up with a BFA(Hons) at the University of Canterbury in 2008. I resource locally-found pigments and use their chromatic and physical characteristics to develop my painting practice.
