With a distinctive and readily recognisable visual language, Nigel Brown ONZM is undoubtedly New Zealand's most significant narrative artist. Rich in observation, wit, conviction, and humanity, Broadly Speaking is a major survey of Brown's practice and his vision of a New Zealand identity.

This exhibition will be accompanied by a substantial catalogue, including texts by Fiona Farrell, Glenn Colquhoun, and David Craig. Printed copies will be available for purchase.
