Past and present, the earthly and the spiritual, collide in Roger Mortimer's richly layered works.  Bringing together Aotearoa’s landscapes with echoes of medieval imagery and diverse cultural traditions, Sacred Waters explores colonialism, humanity’s relationship with the natural world, and our place in the wider cosmos.

 

Miranda Joseph and Peata Larkin explore multiple ways of seeing and experiencing nature, time, place and ourselves, blurring the boundaries between the physical and conceptual, natural and spiritual, and material and immaterial.
