Dream Your Event Into Reality: The Button Factory is opening up both floors for an Open Day on Thursday 16 July.

This will be an open creative networking opportunity: Meet other inspiring people building the cultural scene here in Auckland.

Come through, explore the venue, meet the team, and imagine what your next event could look like here.

From intimate workshops, talks and community gatherings to live music, markets, performances, launches and late-night dance floors, The Button Factory is a flexible creative space built for bold ideas and experimentation.

We’re inviting event producers, artists, facilitators, promoters, collectives, or anyone sitting on an idea that needs the right room to come alive, this is a chance to see the space in person and start dreaming.

Open to anyone interested in building community, and creating experiences in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau.

Plus, we’re bringing the heat: Our resident Flame Slingers, Te Ahi Ora, will be performing live and running workshops throughout the day. Come watch the sparks fly – or better yet, have a go yourself!
