Creative Brand Ambassadors Wanted — Summer Work Across Auckland

Creative Matters delivers children’s art education, hands-on craft activities and creative experiences across Auckland. Alongside our educational programmes, we work with event clients to provide engaging family activities at shopping malls, community events and special activations.

Creative Matters is building a team of outgoing, friendly and artistic brand ambassadors for upcoming summer work.

Projects may include shopping mall activations, community events, end-of-year celebrations and other creative experiences across Auckland.

You’ll help younger children and families take part in hands-on craft activities while creating a welcoming, organised and positive event experience. You may also prepare materials, maintain activity stations, represent Creative Matters or our event clients, and assist with setup and pack-down.

This is casual, contract-based work only, with shifts offered as projects arise. Most work will take place on weekends, with weekday availability also needed for some projects during December.

Applicants must:

• * Be outgoing, friendly and confident engaging with the public
• * Enjoy working with children and families
• * Be creative and able to guide children through simple craft activities
• * Be professional and well presented
• * Be reliable, punctual and proactive
• * Follow instructions and work confidently within an event brief
• * Work positively as part of a team
• * Have reliable transport and be able to travel Auckland-wide
• * Be able to provide excellent references

Previous brand ambassador, promotional, event, customer service or children’s activity experience is preferred.
