Baycourt is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing & Ticketing Manager to lead the team responsible for getting audiences through the doors and into unforgettable experiences. As Baycourt enters an exciting new chapter as part of the Te Manawataki o Te Papa civic precinct, we're seeking someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help take this much-loved 43-year-old institution to the next level.
From major touring productions and festivals to community celebrations and conferences across two iconic venues, you'll help connect audiences with some of the most memorable arts, culture and entertainment experiences in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty.
This is a role for someone who loves both strategy and action. You'll lead a talented team, drive innovative marketing campaigns, use audience insights to grow attendance, and build strong relationships across the events and arts sector.
We're looking for someone with:
• Marketing, communications, audience development or ticketing leadership experience
• A passion for live events, arts and community connection
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
• Experience leading teams and delivering standout campaigns
• Confidence working with CRM, ticketing and customer data
