This is a varied and hands-on role suited to a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys working across multiple channels and projects in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, support content creation, manage digital platforms, and help ensure all communications are aligned with The Arts Centre’s brand and voice.
The role is part-time (.6 FTE = 24 hrs/wk).
Skills required
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases
Understanding of marketing channels and tools
Ability to analyse and summarise data (e.g. surveys and reporting)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused approach
Experience with website CMS platforms desirable
Brand awareness and understanding advantageous
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of marketing and communications strategies aligned with organisational goals
Assist in maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels
Contribute to audience growth and engagement through effective marketing support
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all communications and platforms
Support the successful promotion of events, programmes, and initiatives
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, reporting, and insights

A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
Experience in marketing, communications, and events
Experience with CRM or database systems
Familiarity with content creation and digital platforms.
