Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival (AAF) is Auckland's premier festival of New Zealand and international arts. Presented annually, the globally recognised event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of New Zealand's largest city. For 18 days each March, AAF presents a dazzling array of events by some of the country and world’s most innovative artists and performers.
Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
As Producer you will be working with Artists, Partners and the Festival team to plan, co-ordinate and deliver within an agreed brief and budget the established Toitū Te Reo programme along with curating our popular Whānau Day activities in response to the its own artistic brief.
This role plays a key role within the Programming team, working closely with the Artistic Director and Head of Programming on content programming, project delivery and identifying Production requirements. You will be an excellent and friendly communicator with great attention to detail. You will have the ability to work well in a team while under pressure in a busy festival environment.
Based in our Auckland CBD office, the role is a full-time, fixed-term position, commencing mid-November 2026 until end of March 2027.
