Programme & Operations Manager

For nearly thirty years, Silo has championed exceptional artists and extraordinary stories, creating work that is bold, entertaining and deeply connected to the communities we serve. Alongside our productions, we develop artists, commission new work, nurture audiences and steward Silo Hall as a home for creative practice and collaboration.

We're entering an exciting new chapter. With a refreshed artistic vision, a growing audience, a thriving creative home at Silo Hall and a commitment to developing new work, we're looking for someone who can help hold it all together.

As Programme & Operations Manager, you'll be at the centre of Silo's day-to-day activity.

Working closely with our Executive Director and Artistic Director, you'll coordinate productions, auditions, artist development, rehearsals, workshops, ticketing, reporting and the operation of Silo Hall. You'll build systems that help the organisation run smoothly and create the conditions for artists and colleagues to do their best work.

No two weeks are the same. One day you might be welcoming artists into rehearsals, coordinating opening night logistics or setting up a public reading. The next you could be improving ticketing systems, preparing reporting data or managing a venue hire.

You're someone who:

You'll likely have experience coordinating projects, events, programmes or productions, and you'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and care.

Experience in the arts is valuable, but we're equally interested in people with exceptional operational skills who are excited by the opportunity to work in a creative environment.
