The Senior Academic Administrator provides high-level academic administration and governance support across the college, operating with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
The role may specialise in one or more areas such as governance, undergraduate or postgraduate administration, admissions, placements/work-integrated learning, or school support, while also offering expert guidance and advice to colleagues.
This position plays a key part in ensuring academic policies, systems, and processes are applied consistently to support the University's academic portfolio and objectives.
Working in close partnership with academic and professional staff, the Senior Academic Administrator supports the full student lifecycle, including course and programme management, admissions, progression, examinations, and completion.
The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of academic records and systems, contributes to accreditation, timetabling, and committee processes, and actively identifies opportunities for process improvement.
With a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and service excellence, the role helps deliver efficient academic operations and a positive student experience.

The salary for this position will depend on skills and experience but will be in the range of Grade 5 ($60,069 - $84,876).
