Rainbow Theatre Festival 2027 Producer

At The Court Theatre, we believe in the transformative power of live performance. As Ōtautahi Christchurch and Waitaha Canterbury’s premier destination for theatre, we bring bold, inclusive storytelling to life in a state-of-the-art venue designed to foster creativity and connection.

Here, every performance is an invitation to connect—whether it’s your first time in the theatre or a return to a beloved tradition. We strive to make The Court Theatre a welcoming home for all.

Rainbow Theatre Festival 2027 Producer

The Court Theatre is seeking expressions of interest from experienced producers to lead the Rainbow Theatre Festival 2027 in Ōtautahi Christchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a vibrant, inclusive celebration of LGBTQIA+ stories, artists, communities and whānau.

We’d love to hear from producers with experience in live performance, festivals or community arts, strong organisational skills, and an understanding of Rainbow communities and culturally responsive practice. Expressions of interest close 5pm, Sunday 18th October 2026.
