Glass Ceiling is a national performing arts charity creating opportunities for everyone - including Disabled, neurodivergent and non-disabled people - to learn, create and perform together. Through shared participation, we foster belonging, develop confidence and strengthen communities. Our programmes span Aotearoa and include weekly classes, productions, sensory experiences, films, festivals and creative projects that celebrate diversity and artistic excellence.
