We're looking for a creative and effective Marketing Manager used to working in a fast-paced environment to lead the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activities. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketer who enjoys working closely with hirers, creating campaigns, managing digital channels, and driving audience growth.

What you'll do

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive ticket and hospitality sales, audience engagement, and corporate hires.

  • Manage Q Theatre's website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Create engaging marketing content and coordinate campaign assets across digital and print.

  • Monitor campaign performance and use insights and analytics to target and grow audiences.

  • Work closely with Q’s programming, ticketing, and visitor experience teams, along with our external partners and stakeholders.

About you

You'll have:

  • At least 5 years' marketing experience.

  • Proven experience delivering successful campaigns from planning through to execution.

  • Proven ability to grow audiences and increase attendance through effective marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and website management.

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great audience experiences.

Experience in the arts, events, entertainment, or hospitality sectors is an advantage but not essential. We need a flexible, client-focused creative who can get stuck in and deliver results.
