Te Ahurei Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival is seeking an organised and highly motivated team player.

   As Office Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business & Finance and be valued member of the Administration team.  Acting as the first point of contact for the Festival office, you’ll have a high level of communication and relationship skills, be highly organised and have a strong understanding of business systems.  This role also supports the Head of Partnerships & Development in the areas of grant writing, VIP and stakeholder relationships during Festival time.

    Based in our Auckland CBD office, the role is a full-time, permanent position, commencing late July, early August   2026.
